​Education and Training
Bobbie grew up in Arkansas City and has lived in Reno County for 10 years.  She and her husband moved back to his family farm in Pretty Prairie.   She has 3 sons, the youngest is a freshman in high school. 
Bobbie graduated from Newman University with honors, earning a Masters of Social Work in 2018.  She earned a certificate from Heartland Play Therapy Institute at Friends University, and has 150+ hours of Play Therapy Training. Bobbie is currently receiving clinical supervision towards her Clinical Social Work license and her certification in Play Therapy. 
Bobbie works from the strength based and family systems perspective.  She will see school aged children, ages 5-12 and adults.  Bobbie accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and all Medicaid insurances.
Previous Experience
Bobbie spent the first part of her adult career working in probation services and child welfare. Bobbie has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families.   Bobbie volunteers in her local community and in her free time she likes to crochet, read, and spend time outdoors.
